Salubrious Living is an integral part of our great creed, Creativity. However, many people wrongly believe that our program of Salubrious Living is just about eating raw fruits and vegetables, with a small amount of seeds and nuts. But it is much more than that. Salubrious Living is really what we are all about and it covers every aspect of a healthy life.
As Creators, we believe in our four dimensional program: a Sound Mind through the Racial Loyalist and reality based teachings as set forth in both Nature’s Eternal Religion and the White Man’s Bible; a Sound Body through Salubrious Living, involving fasting, a healthy and nutritious diet, regular exercise, sunshine, fresh air, rest and recuperation; a Sound Society through the promotion of an advanced, eugenic White population that looks out for its own best interests; in a Sound Environment that is free from pollution.

‘A Brighter World of beautiful, healthy people. A world without cancer. A world without heart disease. A world in which there will be much more emphasis placed on building health rather than curing disease, and in which excellent health will be the norm rather than the exception. This we intend to accomplish by a program we call Salubrious Living…We foresee a future world in which the intelligence of the average individual will be significantly raised in each ensuing generation. A world free of insane asylums, idiots, or morons. A clean world in which there will be very little pollution of the environment. A world virtually free of crime in which any man, woman or child can walk any time of day or night without fear of assault; a world of law and order; a world free of poverty; a world in which every person will be creatively and gainfully employed, in one way or another during their total lifetime, a lifetime that will be prolonged beyond that of the present world. However, let me quickly emphasize we are not nearly as much interested in prolonging life as increasing the individual’s health and quality of life as long as it lasts. Longer life is only a secondary benefit as a result of superior well-being.’
Despite its great benefits, the raw food aspect of Salubrious Living is NOT something that is mandatory for believers in our great pro-White religion. There is a reason why we have the 14 PRINCIPLES of Salubrious Living, and not the 14 COMMANDMENTS of Salubrious Living. As Ben Klassen points out in The Little White Book:
‘At this point we Creators would like to clarify a very prevalent misconception that one cannot join the Creativity Movement without changing his eating habits. That is simply not true! Our goals of Salubrious Living… etc., are the long-term ADVANCEMENT-stage goals.
Therefore, their immediate implementation is not necessary for becoming a Creator. We Creators recognize that even the longest journey starts with the first steps! We urge every White person to read our books, join our Movement and take the first steps in the long and glorious journey towards a New White Renaissance, a Whiter and Brighter World, and a Magnificent Era of the White Superman.’
Nevertheless, a healthy diet is something that we Creators strongly promote and urge our fellow White people to look into.
Here I want to focus on the dietary aspect of Salubrious Living, the raw food or fruitarian diet, and tell you how I personally benefitted from it.
A couple of years ago I did not feel well. I lived healthily compared to many. I didn’t use tobacco or much alcohol and I exercised on a regular basis. But my eating habits were probably not the best. I often felt tired and fatigued and got sick really often, catching flues several times a year. This became somewhat of a problem for me, since I wasn’t feeling well.
Then, after being inspired by a reading of our Holy Books, I made a decision to start changing my diet. Even though I did not want to go all out and practice the Salubrious Diet, I did feel I wanted to make a change based on our Founder’s great advice.
Once again I read our third Holy Book, Salubrious Living, and started eating lots and lots of fruits. I would still eat the usual food, such as processed foods, cooked food, meat and so forth. But I focused on eating as much fruit as I could. I began eating fruit several times a day and much more than most people do.
This along with regular exercise made me feel much better after a while. Now catching a cold is something that is very rare for me. I have much more energy and I feel so much healthier.
So I urge my fellow Creators and all other good White people to do the same thing and start living a healthier lifestyle. Our great Founder, after much intensive study, laid out many of the basic beliefs of our religion through Salubrious Living. My hope is that all Creators would start taking some of this great advice.
