The Simulacrum Candidus (The White Emblem)
The "W" of our emblem stands, of course, for the White Race, which we regard
as the most precious treasure on the face of the earth. The Crown signifies our
Aristocratic position in Nature's scheme of things, indicating that we are the
ELITE. The Halo indicates that we regard our race as being UNIQUE and
SACRED above all other values.
The Essence of a Creator
I. A CREATOR puts loyalty towards his own race above every other loyalty.
II. A CREATOR is responsible, productive, and constructive.
III. A CREATOR places a high value on honor and self-respect, and will defend his own honor, the honor of his race and of his family at all costs.
IV. A CREATOR recognizes both love and hate as the two most powerful
driving forces in life: that both emotions are healthy and essential to life, and to
possess only one and to be deprived of the other is to be as crippled as a bird
with only one wing.
V. A CREATOR realizes that both love and hate, in order to be constructive,
must be directed in the proper channels and to do otherwise is destructive and
suicidal.
VI. A CREATOR therefore makes a careful distinction between his loved ones
and his enemies. He loves, aids, and abets those of his own race and his own
kind, and hates his enemies, namely Jews, niggers, and the mud races.
VII. A CREATOR is eager, optimistic, aggressive, energetic, and selfsacrificing
for the best interests of his people.
VIII. A CREATOR strives to keep physically fit and keep his body in the best
of health at all times.
IX. A CREATOR is inquisitive, adventurous, and has a cheerful zest for living.
X. A CREATOR is tough, tenacious, resolute, persistent, persevering,
indefatigable, as were the ancient Romans.
XI. A CREATOR is practical, down-to-earth, and concentrates on those goals
and activities that are meaningful and worthwhile.
XII. A CREATOR is brave and courageous and always a proud credit to his
people.
XIII. A CREATOR places a high value on ATTITUDE, strives continually to
maintain a a healthy, positive, and dynamic attitude towards life.
XIV. A CREATOR is an ACHIEVER and a PRODUCER.
XV. A CREATOR is a problem solver.
What a Creator is Not
I. A CREATOR is not gullible, and does not easily accept any statement,
belief, assertion or assumption that to him is lacking in proof and/or is
unreasonable in the light of his own experiences.
II. A CREATOR is not superstitious and disdains belief in the supernatural.
He will waste no time giving any credence to, or playing silly games with,
imaginary spooks, spirits, gods, and demons.
III. A CREATOR is not interested in the future or welfare of the mud races,
and shuns race-mixing or any social intercourse whatsoever with the inferior
mud races.
IV. A CREATOR shuns sexual deviation.
V. A CREATOR does not whine, complain, or indulge in self-pity, but instead
faces problems realistically, gets to the root of problems, and determines to
solve them.
Five Fundamental Beliefs of Creativity
To be memorized and repeated as a sacred religious ritual by every Creator five times a day. Based on the Eternal Laws of Nature, History, Logic and Common Sense, we Creators believe:
I. WE BELIEVE that our Race is our Religion.
II. WE BELIEVE that the White Race is Nature's Finest.
III. WE BELIEVE that racial loyalty is the highest of all honors, and racial
treason is the worst of all crimes.
IV. WE BELIEVE that what is good for the White Race is the highest virtue,
and what is bad for the White Race is the ultimate sin.
V. WE BELIEVE that the one and only, true and revolutionary White Racial
Religion--Creativity--is the only salvation for the White Race.
To the fulfillment of these religious beliefs, we Creators forever pledge our Lives, our Sacred Honor, and our Religious Zeal.
The Sixteen Commandments
I. It is the avowed duty and holy responsibility of each generation to assure and
secure for all time the existence of the White Race upon the face of this planet.
II. Be fruitful and multiply. Do your part to populate the world with your own
kind. It is our sacred goal to populate the lands of this earth with White people
exclusively.
III. Remember that the inferior mud races are our deadly enemies, and the most
dangerous of all is the Jewish race. It is our immediate objective to relentlessly
expand the White Race, and keep shrinking our enemies.
IV. The guiding principle of all your actions shall be: What is best for the
White Race?
V. You shall keep your race pure. Pollution of the White Race is a heinous
crime against Nature and against your own race.
VI. Your first loyalty belongs to the White Race.
VII. Show preferential treatment in business dealings to members of your own
race. Phase out all dealings with Jews as soon as possible. Do not employ
niggers or other coloreds. Have social contacts only with members of your own
racial family.
VIII. Destroy and banish all Jewish thought and influence from society. Work
hard to bring about a White world as soon as possible.
IX. Work and creativity are our genius. We regard work as a noble pursuit and
our willingness to work as a blessing to our race.
X. Decide in early youth that during your lifetime you will make at least one
major lasting contribution to the White Race.
XI. Uphold the honor of your race at all times.
XII. It is our duty and our privilege to further Nature's plan by striving towards
the advancement and improvement of our future generations.
XIII. You shall honor, protect, and venerate the sanctity of the family unit, and
hold it sacred. It is the present link in the long golden chain of our White Race.
XIV. Throughout your life you shall faithfully uphold our pivotal creed of
Blood, Soil, and Honor. Practice it diligently, for it is the heart of our faith.
XV. As a proud member of the White Race, think and act positively, be
courageous, confident, and aggressive. Utilize constructively your creative
ability.
XVI. We, the Racial Comrades of the White Race, are determined to regain
complete and unconditional control of our destiny.
Some Ways We Can Spread Creativity
I. Pass out Church calling cards. You can either have them printed up at a local
print shop or can order them directly from Headquarters. Every time you eat
out, leave a card with the tip. Every time you buy something, get your change
and hand the person a card. Leave them on store shelves, at pay phones, in
books at the library, in magazines, and all over the place!
II. Pass out Church fliers (those available are listed on the Church website). Distribute these in much the same way as the cards, except with Church fliers, you can place them under windshield wipers at parking lots and get a lot of fliers out in a little amount of time.
III. Call up talk radio stations. Do whatever it takes to get on the air and then
tell the host and the listeners that you are a supporter of the World Church of
the Creator which defends and promotes the White Race. If the host gives you a
chance, give out the Church address and hotline phone number. It doesn't
matter what the subject of the conversation originally was, for once you're on
the air, it will be our forum!
IV. Every time you get postage paid envelopes in the mail, send them back
with Church literature inside. Also obtain an ink stamp reading "White People
Awake! Save the White Race! and our website address. Use this to stamp all of
the postage paid reply cards that are almost always in magazines and return
these as well!
V. Call up people in the phone book and urge them to support the White Race
and The Creativity Movement. Be nice to everyone you talk to. If they
are rude, simply say, "thank you for your time" and go to the next number. If
you can tell that they are non-white, tell them that you must have the wrong
number and go to the next number. You may wish to create a script for this,
including the Church address and phone number, which you can use each time.
VI. Call up businesses and ask them to support the White Race and The Creativity Movement. Now, if these people are rude or hostile, tell them the
Church will be calling for an economic boycott of their business and that the
Church may very well picket in front of their business due to their anti-white
attitude. Our enemies used picketing and "sit-ins" quite effectively in the past,
and the Church can and should use such techniques as necessary today on
behalf of our Cause. Just the threat itself will probably make them adjust their
attitude.
VII. Put up "White Power" signs on telephone polls. This is particularly
applicable to those of you who might have access to good supplies of cardboard
at your place of work or at a recycling facility. Create a "White Power" stencil
board, place it on a rectangular piece of cardboard, and spray paint it. Choose
white stencils on a black background or black stencils on a white background.
Once you've carved your stencil board, it's all very easy. Nail the signs on the
polls, preferably early morning so that many will still be up by the time people
head for work.
VIII. If you're really talented and gutsy, go to anti-white meetings and
gatherings (such as "Holocaust" remembrances, "Black History" celebrations,
etc.) and "steal the show" by disputing what they have to say. Be as moderate
or radical as you feel the situation warrants. You will reach the many White
people who attend these events out of naiveté--people who need their thinking
straightened out. This will quickly strengthen your debating skills as well.
IX. Write letters to the editors of your local newspapers. Moderate them as
much as necessary in order to secure publication, but make sure that the
essential point gets across-White people need to look out for their own
interests.
X. Get on the internet and spread the message of Creativity through "chat
rooms" or even create your own web sites.
XI. Stage demonstrations on public sidewalks in the busiest section of town.
Hold the Creativity flag with signs bearing in large lettering the words, "Whites
Unite", "White Pride", or other slogans. Keep the amount of words to a
minimum so that motorists will be able to easily read the signs. Use black paint
for the lettering on white poster board.
XII. Drive through town in a pick-up truck at slow speeds with Creators in
back waving the flag, waving signs, and yelling slogans.
XIII. Obtain bulk copies of Nature's Eternal Religion and The White Man's
Bible and distribute large quantities to our White Racial Comrades. You can
peddle them door to door as well as give them away to all of your family and
friends.
XIV. Distribute copies of "FACTS That the Government and the Media Don't
Want You To Know" by automobile, throwing them onto driveways and yards.
XV. Start a telephone hotline in your area, advertising the number with fliers,
perhaps even letting the media know about it.
Legality
The Creativity Movement is a completely legal religious organization. As such, any member of the Church who either commits crimes (other than
unconstitutional violations of our right to freedom of speech, assembly, etc.) or
encourages others to do so, will be subject to revocation of membership.
Violent, illegal acts only serve to put good people behind bars, fuel antiracialist
propaganda, and hence diminish the effectiveness of our efforts. Also,
these activities serve to reinforce the negative stereotypes fostered by the
Jewish media about people involved with the racialist Movement. Violent,
illegal acts give ammunition to our enemies and drive away our sympathizers--
whether rightly or wrongly.
The fact is that people want security and they want order. They will not support
anything which to them represents anarchy. By representing security and order
in the public eye, the public will respect us regardless of whether they fully
agree with us and once they respect us, the road will be paved for their
eventually becoming for us.
No one has ever made another change their mind through the use of force. They
may pretend they've changed their mind and they may act like they've changed
their mind, but they really haven't. It is much better to win the hearts and minds
of our people and keep them. Persuasion is the only means by which this can be
done.
It is thus a matter of tactics rather than morals. While yes, using violence
against the enemies of our people is justified and indeed moral for that reason,
violence against them is counterproductive as a tactic and hence unwise. Our
Founder Ben Klassen realized this and thus mandated that we obey the laws of
the lands in which we live while we seek to change them.
Creators overseas should apply America's constitutional standards to their
countries--if English law or the English constitution, for example, says it's
illegal to distribute literature which "fosters hatred among races," you have no
obligation whatever to obey this law, and will be praised by your fellow
Creators in America for not doing so. If Germany says that you cannot "deny
the 'Holocaust'", you have no obligation to follow such an absurd and pathetic
"law". We shall have freedom of religion no matter where we are and thus laws
that prevent the free exercise of our religion are null as far as we are concerned.
Make no mistake, my Brothers and Sisters: as stated in The White Man's Bible,
should the Jewish Occupied Governments of the world use force to violate our
right to freely practice our religion; to peacefully assemble; to peacefully
organize; to distribute our publications; to use mails and any other prerogative
in promoting and expanding our legal religious organization and the full
practice of our religion, then we have every right to declare them as open
criminals violating the Constitution and the highest law of the land. They then
obviously are the criminals, and we can treat them like the criminal dogs they
are and take the law into our own hands. We hope that this day doesn't come,
but should it happen, it will be clear from events and expressly stated either by
myself or by my successors.
Dealing with Law Enforcement
It is almost odd to have a section of this manual cover dealing with law
enforcement, but since the media has promoted such lies about the racial
loyalist movement and many police officers and other law enforcement officers
have unwittingly been duped by these lies, it is necessary that we address this
issue.
As stated in the previous section, our Church is a completely legal religious
organization. This means that we will obey all constitutional laws. Naturally
then, we should not expect problems with law enforcement to occur in the
promotion of our religion. However, should they occur due the misinformation
campaign on the part of our enemies, we should be ready to deal with it by
using our heads and sound strategy.
Keep in mind that many police officers are naturally sympathetic to our cause.
They have to deal with the niggers and mud races on an every day basis. They
see how they commit many more crimes than do our people and realize full
well that there are serious differences between the races. However, what is
difficult is to ascertain is which officers are friendly and which are simply
acting that they are. These latter officers may make false promises to obtain
damaging information from you. Some officers may realize that there are
differences between the races, but still believe that these differences are
environmental and hence that racism is bad. Then there are officers who may
agree with what we are doing but may receive orders from above to harass or
intimidate.
The best advice then is to form a course of conduct that can be applied
whatever side the police are on. A distinction should be made between casual
contacts with law enforcement or willing contacts (such as during public
demonstrations) and contacts which you believe may be meant to elicit
criminally damaging information from you. We should be ready and willing to
discuss our religion with any White person, including law enforcement.
The points below, then, should be implemented if you are questioned by law
enforcement and you believe the questions are meant to form a charge against
you. By adhering to the basic points below, you can make the best out of such
engagements:
I. Never trust police, FBI, or other agents of the JOG. However, retain a
friendly, positive, respectful, and professional attitude at all times. Do not
assume a belligerent attitude for this will inspire belligerence on the part of the
officer.
II. Never allow them inside your home or your car without a search warrant.
Always demand to see the warrant.
III. If unwillingly detained, demand to know if you are under arrest and under
what charge.
IV. If under arrest, refuse to answer any questions and demand to see a lawyer.
However, never trust your lawyer if he advises you to break any of these basic
legal self-defense principles.
V. When questioned by law enforcement in an attempt which you believe is
calculated to form evidence against you, silence is your best defense.
VI. Be silent, suppress the urge to tell your "side of the story."
VII. Never plead guilty and never waive any of your legal rights.
VIII. Never make any deals.
IX. Never betray your comrades or The Creativity Movement.
X. Remember, nothing great is won without great sacrifices. Persecution and
suffering are the inevitable obstacles on our path to victory. We must overcome
them through dedication and perseverance. Let the great vision of a Whiter and
Brighter World inspire and lead you through all trials, sufferings, and
deprivations.
Interviews with the Media
Only Ordained Ministers may give interviews to the television, radio, or print
media without prior authorization from World Headquarters. If Members have
made news in their area, they should either provide the media with the
Headquarters address and phone number, or they should contact Headquarters
themselves and ask for the go ahead to give an interview. Such requests are
routinely granted so long as the Member is knowledgeable and enthusiastic
about our great Creed.
Organizational Framework of the Church
As described in Chapter VII of Book II of Nature's Eternal Religion, our
Church recognizes the superiority of the Leadership Principle form of
leadership as opposed to "democratic" forms. The Leadership Principle simply
means having an organization or society having a leader at its head to lead,
direct, and plan the interests of the whole group. Such a leader has authority to
command, and on the other hand, must also be totally responsible to the group.
The Pontifex Maximus (literally Latin for "highest priest") of The Creativity Movement thus has total authority to lead, direct, and plan the interests of our Church and is in turn totally responsible to the group. The term of leadership for the Pontifex Maximus is ten years. At the expiration of these ten years, the Guardians of the Faith Committee, composed of twelve of the most tried, true, and tested ministers in the Church, shall either select a new Pontifex Maximus or shall reconfirm the current Pontifex Maximus for another ten year term. The Guardians of the Faith Committee has the power to remove the Pontifex Maximus from office before his ten year term is up only if threequarters of the Committee believe that such an action is absolutely necessary and that their loyalty and devotion to the Creed requires this action.
All other positions of authority in the Church are created by the Pontifex
Maximus and will be dissolved, if appropriate, by the Pontifex Maximus.
At this time, other than the position of Ordained Minister who minister to their
congregations, there are few positions of authority that have been created. This
will change as our Church grows and obviously, it is the duty of each member
to see that it indeed does. The Church needs each member to have the initiative
to fervently spread Creativity throughout their area and seek converts, and the
more converts are obtained by this or that member and successfully organized,
the more likely that the Creator will be formally granted a position of authority
within the Church. The bottom line is that those who distinguish themselves as
dedicated, disciplined, and positive Creators have the chance to become leaders
in their own right and this is welcomed. Members cannot and should not wait
for Headquarters to tell them what to do but instead, have their own initiative in comportment with this Membership Manual and our great Creed.
Those Creators who believe that their activities have proved their capability to
be a leader of men in their area should write Headquarters directly and apply for a position. The Church will consider both the merit of the applicant as well as the opinion of other Creators.
The foundation of the organization of our Church essentially follows geographic lines, with an Ordained Minister being made director of this or that
particular territory. For example, as there are fifty states in the United States,
there will eventually be fifty state directors who will be directly responsible to
the national director who will in turn be directly responsible to the Pontifex
Maximus. These state directors will be responsible for the activities in their
states, being in charge of all ministers and members in their states. The same
will apply to provinces and territories in Canada, France, Germany, etc.
For the time being, until our Church has ministers (only ministers can become
directors) in every territory and interested and qualified candidates are located
to direct the activities in these territories, some ministers' jurisdictions will
cover several territories.
All directors have authority to direct activities which are in accordance with the
Creed and Program and this Membership Manual.
By means of diagram, the basic hierarchical structure of the Church will be as
follows:
Pontifex Maximus
National Director
State Directors
County Directors
City Directors
The jurisdictions of Church directors do not cross state (or territorial) lines; that
is, for example, a county director in one state is not responsible to the state
director of another state. Also, the Commanders of the Security Legions (White
Berets and White Rangers) shall have jurisdiction over all those in their legions
wherever they may be. These Commanders shall be responsible only to the
Pontifex Maximus.
This is the essential framework, though alterations of this framework may be
made to suit current circumstances. At the time of this writing, the Primary
Group (discussed below) is the main, and in most areas, exclusive,
organizational structure in our Church due to there not presently being enough
Creators in those areas to have City Leaders and other positions. However, as
our Church grows, both organizational structures shall be in effect.
Further Organizational Structure--The Primary Group
The Primary Group is the basic organizational cell of the Church. A Church
Primary Group consists of a minimum of two Creators, an ideal of five
Creators, and maximum of ten Creators. As to the question of why five
Creators in each Primary Group is considered ideal, it should be noted that the
whole purpose of a Primary Group is to be a closely-knit team, based upon
familiarity, trust, and frequent interaction. Studies show that groups with more
than five members tend to have less familiarity, trust, and interaction. Also, a
smaller group is much harder to penetrate for enemy agents, which is a
circumstance of great importance in case the Jewish Occupied Government
(JOG) tries to suppress our First Amendment rights and forces us to go
underground.
Every member of The Creativity Movement has both a right and a duty
to organize a Church Primary Group by immediately converting at least one
White person to our White Racial Religion--Creativity or by joining with other
members into a Primary Group.
As Creativity recognizes the value of leadership at all levels, it will be
necessary for a leader to be chosen for each Primary Group. Unlike Regional,
State, County, and City Leaders as set forth above, the leader of each Primary
Group will be selected not by one individual, but by members of the Primary
Group themselves. While Ordained Ministers should certainly lead their own
Primary Groups, it is not a requirement that each Primary Group have an
Ordained Minister as its leader, and in fact, new members of the Church can
and should begin right away to form their own Primary Groups, with it indeed
foreseeable and acceptable that those Creators who form their own Primary
Groups will be the leader of them.
Members of Primary Groups should be close enough to one another
geographically so that meetings can be held to plan concerted activities at least
every two weeks. Ideally, such meetings should be held every week. Meetings
build camaraderie and an esprit de corps that is so necessary for effective,
constructive activism for our great Creed and Church.
It is recommended that each Primary Group choose a name by which to
distinguish itself from other Primary Groups. Choosing a name based on the
geographical location of the Primary Group is advisable. For example, members can choose a name like "Primary Group Chicago" or "Primary Group Eastside" and the like.
The two essential requirements of all Primary Groups (in addition to that set
forth above), of course, is that their activities are conducted in accordance with
both our beloved Creed as well as with the contents of this manual. Therefore,
the Church Primary Group carries with it the ability to be flexible in its
operations, tailor-making its operations to the conditions in its own area.
As exists in organizations, there are sometimes conflicts between members. As
numerous Primary Groups have been and are being formed, there are bound to
occur conflicts between members of them on occasion--personality clashes,
differences of opinion concerning activities, etc. Such conflicts within the
Primary Group can be resolved by each member of a Primary Group leaving it
and forming a new Primary Group. It should be remembered once again that
the Primary Group will be like a living cell. Cells divide, forming new cells,
without the organism being weakened at all. In fact, without the cells dividing
(replacing dying cells), the organism would soon cease to exist. Like all living
cells, then, Church Primary Groups have to grow, divide, and multiply, yet
remain within the same body--The Creativity Movement.
The flexibility inherent in this new organizational structure for our Church, in
which members will be organizing themselves into small cohesive units,
increases the strength of our Church outwardly, but perhaps even more
important at this time, inwardly. It gives each of you, my Brothers and Sisters,
a goal you can immediately begin work to attain: a small functional group of
Creators with which to win our White Racial Comrades to Creativity. New
members can immediately begin to set out to convert a family member, friend,
or associate to Creativity and begin their Primary Group.
Each Primary Group should pool the resources of its members and arm itself
with as many printed materials as possible, including membership applications,
copies of Facts That The Government and The Media Don't Want You To
Know, and copies of Nature's Eternal Religion and The White Man's Bible.
Sell, loan, and give away as many of these materials as possible to our White
Racial Comrades and consider welcoming those you convert to Creativity and
recruit into the Church to join you in your particular Primary Group. Each
Primary Group should also obtain the Holy Flag of Creativity which should be
present at each meeting. RAHOWA!
Members Behind Bars
We are committed to bringing the message of Creativity to all of our White
Racial Comrades regardless of their station in life. Thus, we do not forget about
our Brothers and Sisters who might be behind bars and nor do we "write them
off" as some organizations do. We know that there are many good people who
have either made mistakes or who have been unjustly incarcerated and further
know that many of them may and indeed have make exemplary members and
supporters of our beloved pro-White Church. We know further that Creativity
improves the lives of all who embrace it. With Creativity, our Brothers and
Sisters behind bars finally have a creed by which they can proudly base their
whole life upon, a creed that gives them strength and joy through times of
adversity. It is little wonder then why Creativity has become the religion of
choice among our imprisoned comrades who have had the opportunity to learn
of it.
Members behind bars have the same rights of all other members. They can
become Ordained Ministers, write articles, have contact points, form Primary Groups, etc. It is the policy of the Church that it is not so much what the member behind bars did before they joined the Church but what they do after they join the Church.
The Ordained Minister
The Ordained Minister of The Creativity Movement has shown himself
to be well-versed in all of the facets of our powerful pro-White Faith and has
pledged his life towards the fulfillment of the mission of Creativity. The Creativity Movement must also be the only pro-White organization of which
he is a member so that he will not divide his efforts and loyalty. The Church
expects no less from its ministers, for it knows that the success of Creativity
and the salvation of generations of White people yet born depends in no small
part on the quality and commitment of those who become ministers in our
Church.
The Ordained Minister must know Creativity inside and out and be ready to
preach it to the whole White world without reservation. He must always exhibit
high character and respect and should inspire reverence among his fellows. He
must refrain from any activity or conduct which would reflect poorly on the
Church, and this must be the case twenty-four hours a day, for he is indeed a
representative of Creativity twenty-four hours a day.
Through his commitment to our great Cause as well as his extensive knowledge
of Creativity gleaned through study of Nature's Eternal Religion and The White
Man's Bible, the Ordained Minister is a natural leader amongst his fellow
Creators. As such, becoming an Ordained Minister means that he will be
actively beginning his own ministry in his area.
The exam will consist of three parts: Part A covering Nature's Eternal Religion,
Part B covering The White Man's Bible, and Part C covering an assortment of
questions. Almost all of the answers to the exam questions will be contained in
these two books. However, the questions will not necessarily be in the order in
which the answers appear in the books.
Since the exam is an open-book exam, we do expect a high percentage of
correct answers. Furthermore, anyone taking this exam should already have a
good general knowledge of Creativity and should most of the answers without
having to look them up or having to reread.
You should feel free to use additional sheets of paper in answering. The
answers should be detailed and feel free to indicate where you found the
answers in the books to help corroborate their accuracy. Further, providing
great detail can only help you.
The Mission of the White Berets and White Rangers
Church security and self-defense
I. The primary mission of the White Berets and White Rangers, collectively
known as the Security Legions, is to provide security services for members and
Church property.
II. The secondary mission of the White Berets and White Rangers, collectively
known as the Security Legions, is to prepare members for active and effective
self-defense.
III. In order to accomplish their mission of security and self-defense, the White
Berets and White Rangers must:
a. abide by the laws of the land
b. self-educate themselves in physical fitness, martial arts, first aid techniques, police communications, and armed self-defense; legally own at least one handgun and become proficient at it through frequent target practice.
IV. All present actions of the White Berets and White Rangers must be within
the limits of "reasonable self-defense" and within the law.
V. Only a member of the Church can be a White Beret or White Ranger. The
White Berets and White Rangers are the only uniformed branches of the Church.
VI. Although orientated towards our youth as the most energetic defenders of
our Race, White Berets and White Rangers impose no age limitation on their
membership. However, every member must be physically and mentally able to
perform his duties effectively.
VII. World Headquarters endorses and promotes with great enthusiasm both
the White Berets and White Rangers. No matter which of the two is selected,
the member will be part of the militant elite of Nature's Finest.
The basic difference between White Berets and White Rangers is in the image
and mystique, the type of heritage and tradition they want to emphasize,
promote, and emulate.
White Rangers, as the name implies, draw their inspiration from the tradition
of the heroic White conquerors of the North American continent--Pioneers,
Frontier Fighters, Cowboys, and Texas Rangers. Their official uniform features
white cowboy hat (with Church logo) and cowboy boots.
White Berets, as implied by their name, draw their inspiration mainly from the
heroic White military tradition, especially as exemplified by the elite
commando units (such as paratroopers). Their official uniform features white
military beret (with Church logo) and paratrooper boots.
Despite the differences in image, mystique, and tradition, we must always
remember that the essence of a White Ranger and a White Beret is not his
uniform, but in his attitude. Our main goal is to revive the ATTITUDE OF
WHITE MILITANCY--THE WILL TO FIGHT FOR WHAT IS WHITE AND
DEFEND THE ONE AND ONLY, TRUE AND REVOLUTIONARY WHITE
RACIAL RELIGION--CREATIVITY.
In order for a member to begin the dynamic process of becoming a White Beret
or a White Ranger, the candidate should send a letter of interest to
Headquarters along with a head to toe photo of him. RAHOWA!
Current Status of the Security Legions
The above is the framework of the White Berets and White Rangers. At this
time, however, there is no formal operations of the White Rangers though we hope that this will change in the future. There are, however, formal operations of the White Berets. These include providing security at the public meetings and demonstrations that the Church holds as well as security for Pontifex Maximus.
Grounds for Revocation of Membership
With becoming a member in The Creativity Movement comes a commitment to our great Cause. In particular, when a White Racial Comrade fills out the Application for Membership in the Church, he explicitly pledges his undying loyalty to the White Race and The Creativity Movement, that he is a true member of the White Race, that he will faithfully practice racial loyalty, and that at all times he will practice the Golden Rule-that he will promote the best interests of the White Race.
We know that in almost all cases, our members shall scrupulously adhere to
these pledges. However, there may be from time to time an individual who for
whatever reason is unable or unwilling to fulfill his commitment. So that there
is no mistake as to what standards our Church expects its members to meet, the
following will be grounds for the revocation of membership:
I. Committing illegal acts or encouraging others to do the same.
II. Continual and egregious violations of the Sixteen Commandments.
III. Disloyalty to the Church and its leaders.
IV. Refusal to assist in Church activities.
V. Representing oneself as a minister when not.
VI. Falsifying information on the membership application.
VII. Dishonesty.
VIII. Besmirching the memory of our Founder, Ben Klassen.
IX. Egregious violation(s) of the contents of this manual.
Only the Pontifex Maximus has the power to revoke a membership and will
only do so when there is clear evidence of misconduct. It is the duty of each
member to report misconduct to Headquarters. In reporting the misconduct, the member should provide names, dates, locations, and the nature of the alleged misconduct involved. The member should also provide names of those who have also witnessed the misconduct.
Grounds for Revocation of Ministry
Since those who have become ministers in our Church have expressed an even
greater commitment to our Cause and have declared themselves bound by high
standards of character and conduct, the actual likelihood that a minister's
ministry would be revoked is small indeed. However, to help insure that
ministers fully realize that their higher commitment to the Cause does not end
or is curtailed after their ordinations, the following are grounds for revocation
of ministry should this be deemed necessary by the Pontifex Maximus:
I. Committing illegal acts or encouraging others to do the same.
II. Violations of the Sixteen Commandments.
III. Disloyalty to the Pontifex Maximus/Church.
IV. Public behavior which reflects poorly on the Church.
V. Neglecting to form his own ministry.
VI. Neglecting to remain knowledgeable of the Creed.
VII. Falsifying information during the process of becoming a minister.
VIII. Dishonesty.
IX. Besmirching the memory of our Founder Ben Klassen.
X. Disobeying orders issued by the Pontifex Maximus.
As in the case of reporting misconduct of members, all members of the Church
have a duty to report the misconduct of ministers. It should be remembered that
while ministers carry positions of authority within the Church, a member's
loyalty to the Church overrides loyalty to individual ministers. Therefore, if
there truly is misconduct on behalf of the minister, the member should report
this to Headquarters.
The Creator Wedding Ceremony

Ladies and Gentlemen, my esteemed White Racial Comrades! We are gathered here today on one of life's most happy occasions. The institution of marriage bears a venerable tradition that goes back as far as civilization itself.
It has, however, been the White Race in particular that has raised this
important milestone in the life of a man and a woman to the high level of
respect, significance, and dignity as has no other people in history.
It is nevertheless significant to realize that marriage is not an invention of
civilization as such, but a Creative instinct imbued by Nature itself, a natural
manifestation of the mating instinct, the healthy Creative force inherent in all
of Nature's creatures for the propagation and perpetuation of each species, and
each to his and her own kind.
The Creativity Movement, whose religious creed is firmly based on the
Eternal Laws of Nature as revealed through science, history, logic, and
common sense, most wholeheartedly bestows its full blessings on this happy
event that we are witnessing today. Our Church not only encourages, but
urges this fortunate couple, who have found each other, to be FRUITFUL
AND CREATIVE, to fulfill their commitment to their Race and to destiny as
Nature has instinctively ordained them to do.
It is to this Natural estate that this man and woman now come forward to be
joined. If there is any person present who can show just cause why they may
not be joined together, let him or her speak, or forever hold their peace.
We will not proceed, if both of you have already made your mental and
emotional commitments to yourselves and each other, to exchange your sacred
vows in public, before Nature, before the gathering assembled today, and the
world. The Bride and the Groom, would you please join hands.
TO THE GROOM:
--Do you, White Racial Comrade (Victor), take this White Woman to be your
lawfully wedded wife, your natural mate for life, and do you promise before
these witnesses and before Nature, to love her, to comfort her, to honor her,
and to defend her, to keep her in sickness and in health, in joy and in sorrow,
forsaking all others, keep faithfully only unto her so long as you both shall

The Groom answers: "I do."

--Do you, White Racial Comrade (Gloria), take this White Man to be your

together, as equal partners, yet each an individual with a unique and different
role to play, remember your first loyalty: to each other, to your family, and
above all to your own Race. May the Creative force be with you and stay with

The Minister should end the ceremony by extending his right hand forward (in
the Roman style salute) and blessing the new couple with three RAHOWA!

The Creator Child Pledging Ceremony
to be performed by Reverends only
After the birth of a White child, the parents should notify a Church Minister as
soon as possible, or if a Church Minister knows of a birth in a White family, he
should approach the parents to congratulate them and set up a date for the
Ceremony of Pledging to Raise the Child Loyal to the White Race. The
ceremony should be performed as soon as possible after the child's birth
(ideally, within a week or two). If the parents' efforts in raising their child loyal
to the White Race are successful, the child upon his or her 13th birthday will be
allowed to participate in the Ceremony of Confirmation of Loyalty to the
White Race.
When a date for the Pledging is agreed upon, the preparations should be made
at a local Church temple or another appropriate place. The Church flag and
literature should be displayed during the ceremony to create an atmosphere of
purpose and dignity. The Minister should proceed as follows:
Ladies and Gentlemen, my esteemed White Racial Comrades! We are
gathered here today to welcome into our ranks a newly born White child, and
to witness the solemn pledge of his (her) parents that they will do everything
possible to bring up this White child in the spirit of loyalty to the White Race
and The Creativity Movement, so that he (she) will be qualified,
willing, and able on his (her) 13th birthday to participate in the Ceremony of
Confirmation of Loyalty to the White Race.
One of the most joyful occasions for the White Race is when the union of a
White man and a White woman becomes fruitful and brings forth a White child-
-a new link in the golden chain of our Race stretching through space and time
to eternity. The greatest Law of Nature is the survival, propagation, and
perpetuation of your own species, in our case--the White Race. We Whites
must be especially loyal to this Law of Nature, because failure to do so leads
inevitably to mongrelization and extinction of our species--Nature's Finest.
By following the instincts given to us by Nature, we Whites must marry only
Whites, and not only perpetuate but also advance the White Race through our
children by practicing the principles of Eugenics.
The Creativity Movement, whose religious creed is firmly based on the
Eternal Laws of Nature as revealed through science, history, logic, and
common sense, congratulates the parents of this child for fulfilling the
supremely important mission of White genetic procreation and for pledging to
raise their child in the spirit of loyalty to the White Race.
We will now proceed with the Pledging Ceremony. The Father and the Mother,
would you please bring your little Creator forward.
The parents should approach the Minister with the Mother carrying the Child.
The Mother then gives the Child to the Father and says:

The Ceremony of Confirmation of Loyalty to the White Race
In the weeks prior to their child's 13th birthday and after successfully raising
that child to be loyal to their White Race, Creator parents should make
arrangements with a Minister to perform this Ceremony of Confirmation of
Loyalty to the White Race, this ceremony being performed on the child's 13th
birthday.
As with the Child Pledging Ceremony, preparations should be made at a local
Church temple or another appropriate place. The Church flag and literature
should be displayed during the ceremony to create an atmosphere of purpose
and dignity. The Minister should proceed as follows:
Ladies and Gentlemen, my esteemed White Racial Comrades! We are
gathered here today to hear the affirmation of loyalty to the White Race from
our Brother (Sister) (Karl) on this, his (her) 13th birthday. We are here to
witness his (her) solemn pledge to remain true to the White Race, whatever
the circumstances, so long as he (she) shall live.
Today, our Brother is no longer a child, but is beginning his road to adulthood
and those responsibilities which this establishes. The World Church of the
Creator truly recognizes that it is the youth of today who will carry the torch
forward which we carry today, and it is our design that this youth be even more
fervent and steeped in our Creed than the generation at the helm today.
The Creativity Movement, whose religious creed is firmly based on the
Eternal Laws of Nature as revealed through science, history, logic, and
common sense, furthermore congratulates the Parents of this young man
(woman) for successfully raising him (her) to be loyal to the White Race. This
is a momentous and vital achievement in the struggle for our people.
We will now proceed with the Confirmation of Loyalty Ceremony. Brother

The young Creator, previously standing with his parents, should approach the
Minister. The Minister should proceed as follows:

The Saying of Goodbyes to our Departed Brethren
It is appropriate that our Church cover the full cycle of life from birth to death.
We have our Child Pledging Ceremony, the Confirmation of Loyalty to the
White Race (on our children's thirteenth birthday), the Creator Wedding
Ceremony, and finally, the Saying of Goodbyes to our Departed Brethren. As
we Creators know, death is part of life. It is the natural consequence of the gift
of living that one day, we make way for others. The individual is a transitory
being while the Race is eternal.
Regardless of our understanding of life and death, this understanding does not
and probably cannot ease completely the sadness at the loss of a loved one. We
Creators, after all, love life and love each other who make life more
worthwhile. Therefore, the purpose of the Saying of Goodbyes for our
Departed Brethren is to provide as much comfort and understanding as possible
to our aggrieved comrades within the context of our Creativity Faith and
adherence to Nature's Laws.
Decisions as to whether the departed comrade will be cremated, whether he
will be embalmed, or whether there will even be a ceremony remains the
decision of the next of kin. If, however, there is a ceremony, the following is an
outline of the sermon of the Creativity Minister. It will naturally be necessary
for the Creativity Minister to tailor his sermon to the details of our departed
comrade's life similar to that routinely done by ministers of other faiths. All
arrangements, in fact, should be made as is customarily done--arrangements
made with the funeral home and arrangements made with the Creativity
Minister. Our Holy Flag should be present at both visitation as well as
graveside services.
My Brothers and Sisters! We are here today to pay our respects and
appreciation to our departed Brother Victor (Gloria).
As Creators, we know that death is a part of life. It is the price that must be
paid of all living creatures upon the face of the earth. There is thus no "sin" in
dying any more than there is "sin" in living. Instead, all of us come into this
world through the grace of Nature and make our way for the benefit of the
generations following us, for if we did not die, life on this planet could not
continue. Instead, while the individual must go, our Race must live.
Our lives become eternal through both our works and through our children. We
live on in the memories of those whom our lives have touched and live on
through the children we have created. Our good Brother Victor, whom we have
all esteemed and respected these many years, lives on in our memories and in
his children and grandchildren who would not exist if it were not for him. Thus
while it is sad to lose Brother Victor's physical presence amongst us, Brother
Victor still lives! He remains in our hearts and minds and his progeny
continue...
And so on this day--a day of both sadness and understanding--there is still
happiness in our hearts that Nature blessed all of us with Brother Victor these
many years and that Brother Victor continues to live in all of us...His Flag, our
Holy Flag of Creativity, remains our Flag. Brother Victor struggled for victory
of our Flag and our Victory will also be his.
Turning to Brother Victor's body, the Minister extends his right hand forward
in the Roman style salute while saying "RAHOWA Brother Victor!" Then, the
Minister turns back towards the congregation saying "RAHOWA! RAHOWA!
RAHOWA!"

The Creative Numbering of the Years and Our Holidays

For we Creators, the most important and eventful day in the history of our
people is the founding of our Church, for the founding of our Church marked
the beginning of our people's salvation. Ben Klassen, our beloved Founder, on
a number of occasions stated that the Church began with the publishing of
Nature's Eternal Religion, which was first published on February 21, 1973.
This is a Holy Year which one day will be honored and celebrated by every
White man, woman, and child. Let us hail this year as a new dawn for our
Race, the beginning of a new era and a negation of the influence and thought of
Jewish Christianity. Rather than label the years by referring to "Before Christ"
(B.C.) or Anno Domini (A.D.), let us shall calculate the years based on what
we value and hold dear.
We must indelibly set forth the monumental significance of our Movement,
both as a reaffirmation to ourselves as well as a signal to those not yet with us
that we have unshakable resolve that the future must belong to us.
Therefore, as Pontifex Maximus, I hereby declare that we consider the
Christian numbering of the years to be void, and that henceforth, what was
formerly "1973" shall be marked as the Incepto de Creativitat (Inception of
Creativity) or I.C. This will be equivalent to the Christian year "0", making it
easy to count the years before and after it. The years before Creativity shall be
designated as Prius Creativitat (Before Creativity). The years following the
Incepto de Creativitat (1974-) shall be marked as Anno de Creativitat (Years of
Creativity). Years before Creativity shall be numbered backward and years
after Creativity shall be numbered forward. Hence, what has previously been
called "1974" shall now be called 1 A.C. The old year "1997" will thus now be
24 A.C., or the 24th year of Creativity. As Ben Klassen was born on what was
formerly February 20, 1918, his birthdate now is February 20, 55 P.C. (the year
1973-1918).
I further declare that Ben Klassen's birthday be henceforth called Klassen Day
and will be a Creator holiday. February 21 shall also be a holiday, being called
Founding Day. These two days shall be the most important holidays of the year
and will one day be the cause of magnificent celebrations by our people all over
the world. Other Creator holidays include Kozel Day (Martyrs' Day) on
September 15 (a Creator minister killed in action) and West Victory Day on
December 29 (commemorating the 83 P.C. victory over the last organized
Indian resistance). We shall prevail.
A Call to Action from Founder Ben Klassen
"Yes, whether we like it or not, we are today engulfed in a major worldwide
revolution that constitutes a major turning point in the history of the human
race, and the outcome will either be a catastrophe of gigantic proportions or it
will usher in a new age of greatness and well-being for the human race. Not
only will the future course of the human race be drastically affected, but the
global environment as well. It will depend on which side wins. If the evil forces
led by the Jews are victorious, future humanity is doomed to tens of thousands
of years of slavery, misery, and bestiality, a situation from which there is no
reversal and from which it can never recover. If, on the other hand, the White
Race wins, led by the program and vision of The Creativity Movement, a bright
and beautiful new world will emerge. It will be a world of grandeur and beauty,
a world of continuing advancement, of cultural, economic, and genetic wellbeing.
